I’m Stacey Pimm

I juggle so many hats, as a digital content creator, author of a children’s book series, twin mama, chaos coordinator all the while trying to navigate the teenage era, book girlie, Type one diabetic, going blind, dance in the kitchen while being a baking master, always licking the spoon! hotel hopper, experimenting with what my Nana did during The Great Depression, PNW born and raised, lover of the ocean and rain, and just as much as a palm tree and warm breeze lover. And now your new friend!

That was a lot to describe, but I am hoping something will resonate with you! My goal with writing this blog is to have you come with me as I journey through this next chapter, finding my voice as I listen to yours.

Rooted in Style: Britney Brings Elevated Fashion to Downtown Kingston

I met Britney years ago when our boys were in the Kingston Co-op Preschool together. Fast forward to today, and those same boys are now in junior high—once again walking similar paths in the same small town that has shaped them. I went to Kingston Jr High with her sister in law who was a staple of a friend for years, that’s Kingston for you. Generations overlap, relationships deepen, and community ties grow stronger over time.

Britney is truly a breath of fresh air. As the owner of Jasper Row, Kingston’s high-end clothing boutique, she has brought an elevated, thoughtfully curated shopping experience to downtown—one that could easily rival boutiques on Bainbridge Island or in downtown Poulsbo. Her shop feels intentional, stylish, and welcoming, while still staying true to the heart of this community.

Running a small business is no small feat, and Britney does it while also being a wife and mom to two sons, one of whom is about to graduate this year. Her life is always moving, but that constant motion never disrupts her grounded vibe or her deep love for Kingston.

Born and raised in North Kitsap, Britney has lived just up the street from the Kingston ferry since she was nine years old. Her grandmother lived in Kingston as well, and Britney spent countless weeks at her house growing up—cementing the feeling that there was nowhere else she’d want to raise her own children. Before opening Jasper Row, she worked in the local service industry, most notably at The Filling Station, while juggling various side hustles that hinted early on at her entrepreneurial spirit.

Jasper Row officially celebrated its three-year anniversary on January 29, 2026, a milestone Britney approaches with gratitude. She believes in celebrating wins—big and small—while learning from losses, knowing that nothing in business is permanent. That mindset has carried her through the marathon of entrepreneurship.

Before Jasper Row, Britney owned a mobile bartending business and discovered that she loves the process of turning ideas into reality. Today, Jasper Row offers much more than clothing. The shop features permanent jewelry, locally sourced vintage goods, and curated collections focused on high-quality natural fibers like leather, suede, cotton, and wool. Over the past year, vintage has become her favorite offering—she loves the hunt, the history, and connecting with customers who appreciate timeless pieces.

What Britney loves most about her business is the space itself—small, intentional, and thoughtfully designed. Jasper Row is a place where you can find the perfect gift for someone else and a little something special for yourself. From local candles and West Coast jewelry to Pacific Northwest artists from Seattle and Portland, the shop makes supporting local both accessible and beautiful.

One of the biggest surprises for Britney has been the customers who have turned into close friends. While leaving the service industry meant changing how she connected with people, she’s found that the relationships built inside Jasper Row are just as genuine and meaningful.

Looking ahead, Britney hopes to expand her online presence, grow her vintage offerings, and host more community-centered events that give back. Her long-term vision is for Jasper Row to remain a staple in downtown Kingston—a place people return to again and again.

It was truly an honor to highlight Britney and Jasper Row, a business named as a loving nod to her roots and her sweet, vibey feel she radiates out. You can find her down town Kingson two blocks up from the ferry! Go in if you haven’t check her social media under the same name for current events!

Join us for a fun Galentine’s Event on February 13th at 6:00 PM at Jasper Row! Come celebrate friendship, community, and local business—it’s going to be a great time.
