I’m Stacey Pimm

I juggle so many hats, as a digital content creator, author of a children’s book series, twin mama, chaos coordinator all the while trying to navigate the teenage era, book girlie, Type one diabetic, going blind, dance in the kitchen while being a baking master, always licking the spoon! hotel hopper, experimenting with what my Nana did during The Great Depression, PNW born and raised, lover of the ocean and rain, and just as much as a palm tree and warm breeze lover. And now your new friend!

That was a lot to describe, but I am hoping something will resonate with you! My goal with writing this blog is to have you come with me as I journey through this next chapter, finding my voice as I listen to yours.

The Mind Behind the Magic: How Fina Is Helping Kitsap Businesses Thrive

I’m so excited to share the story of a woman I know will become not only an incredible professional resource, but also a genuine friend. From the moment I met Fina, the brilliant mind behind Mindful Minds Marketing, I was instantly drawn to her energy. Fina has this effortless way of making you feel seen and supported, while somehow also radiating a level of coolness that makes you wonder how one person can be so talented, accomplished, and down to earth all at once. She is the kind of woman who carries an incredible wealth of knowledge about growing a business, but what makes her truly special is that she shares that knowledge with kindness, honesty, and a sincere desire to help others succeed.

As Fina heads into her third year of business, it is amazing to see how much she has built in such a short period of time. What began as a desire to help small business owners avoid predatory marketing companies has grown into a trusted marketing business rooted in transparency, education, and practical solutions. Fina saw too many hardworking entrepreneurs being taken advantage of by companies that overpromised and underdelivered. Instead of standing by, she created a business that empowers local owners with affordable and manageable marketing support designed to truly make a difference.

Fina’s journey into entrepreneurship was not carefully scripted. In many ways, she says she simply fell into it. But sometimes the best businesses are born from recognizing a need and having the courage to step forward and meet it. Even with nearly a decade of marketing experience, starting her own business felt intimidating. Like many women, Fina had to learn to trust herself, advocate for her worth, and believe she was capable of creating something meaningful. Through this process, she discovered something powerful: she can do hard things.

What makes Fina’s story even more inspiring is everything she has accomplished while building her business. She has balanced a full-time career, served on multiple nonprofit boards, planned her wedding, trained for a triathlon, and taken on a new professional role, all while growing her client base and making a lasting impact in Kitsap County. Her dedication and leadership were recognized when she was named one of Leadership Kitsap’s 20 Under 40 honorees at just 25 years old. For someone who had only been in business for about a year, this honor was a remarkable testament to the difference she was already making.

Fina’s heart for community is woven into every part of her story. Since moving to Kitsap nearly four years ago, she has immersed herself in local organizations and causes that strengthen the community. She served as the Marketing and Event Coordinator for Kitsap Women in Business, where she connected with and championed countless female entrepreneurs. She has also served as a board member for The Social Soiree, Marketing Director for Bremerton Backpack Brigade, and board member with Central Kitsap Food Bank. Fina’s passion for nonprofits runs deep, and if she had more time, she would love to expand her work helping these organizations tell their stories and reach even more people.

Among the many services Fina offers, website redesigns are especially close to her heart. She loves transforming websites that no longer reflect the growth and evolution of a business into beautiful, strategic tools that truly represent the owner’s vision. There is something incredibly rewarding for Fina in helping a client see their brand come to life online and watching their excitement when they realize their business is being represented exactly as they dreamed.

At the center of everything Fina does is her love for people. She works with a variety of small businesses, many right here in the community. Fina delights in driving through town and seeing storefronts, services, and products created by clients she has helped. Knowing she played even a small role in their success brings her immense joy. Her ideal clients are fellow local business owners whose shops she can visit, whose services she can book, and whose products she can proudly support.

Fina is also a strong believer in boundaries and sustainability. Early on, she learned that saying yes to every opportunity can lead to burnout. By intentionally limiting the number of clients she accepts each month, she protects both her energy and the quality of her work. This thoughtful approach allows Fina to continue loving what she does while ensuring every client receives her full attention.

Perhaps what has surprised Fina most is the overwhelming support she has received from the Kitsap community. When she first moved here, she knew almost no one besides her husband. Today, she is surrounded by people who refer her, cheer her on, and genuinely want to see her succeed. That sense of belonging has made her entrepreneurial journey all the more meaningful.

As for the future, Fina is excited to revive her workshop series, The Mindful Method, where she teaches approachable and sustainable marketing strategies to business owners who feel overwhelmed by the world of marketing. In five years, she hopes to still be doing work that feels deeply meaningful, supporting small businesses while maintaining a healthy balance with her full-time career.

There are some people you meet who leave an immediate impression, and Fina is one of them. Smart, compassionate, driven, and incredibly generous, she is helping shape the future of small businesses in Kitsap County. I have no doubt that Mindful Minds Marketing will continue to grow and thrive, and I feel so grateful to know the remarkable woman behind it.
